Prerequisites for Office 2019 Installation Support
To request this service
- You should know whether you want the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Office 2019 so that we can help you install the correct version of your product
- You will need a minimum internet connection of 10 mbps or preferably 20 mpbs
- Unsure how much internet bandwidth you have? You may use online speed tests such as Ookla, Telstra or TestMySpeed among many other online tests
- You will need a PC that runs Windows 10 or a Mac that runs macOS and meets all Office system requirements
About Help Desk
Help Desk is a TechSoup service that provides remote support to help nonprofit organizations with technical issues and day-to-day needs. You can use this service to get technical support for workstations and mobile devices, including data backup, virus prevention and security, and repair.
TechSoup works with experienced remote support technicians to provide comprehensive technical support to nonprofit organizations. Technicians are able to troubleshoot issues affecting PCs, Macs, servers, and other devices at your organization.
The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.
Obtaining This Service
When TechSoup approves your request, we will send a confirmation message to your organization email address. Within two business days, a remote support technician will contact you to provide this service.
Details and Service Costs
To receive technical support, the user must follow the instructions provided from the Help Desk technician and provide remote administrative access to the system in need of repair.
This offer only includes time from a Help Desk technician. If your issue is too complex for a Help Desk technician to resolve, you can purchase additional time from a Help Desk engineer.
